Steps for Editing an Initial Message
Once your campaign has been launched, you can still go in mid-campaign to edit your initial message. You can do this by pausing your active campaign.
Note: While a campaign is paused, users will not be able to access their assignment or send messages.
To edit your initial message, from the sidebar click Campaigns > Active or from the dashboard click "View Active Campaigns." Then click on the campaign you wish to edit and select “Pause” in the dark gray bar:
Then select “Script” from the menu bar at the top of the screen:
Edit the initial message to your liking and then click “Update Script”:
After you are satisfied with your updated initial message, click “Unpause” in the dark gray bar to make your campaign active again:
If you have message senders currently working within an assignment be sure to have them refresh their browser so they can see the updated script.
