Steps for editing an initial message

Once your campaign has been launched, you can still go in mid-campaign to edit your initial message. You can do this by pausing your active campaign. 

Note - Users cannot access their assignments or send messages while a campaign is paused.

To edit your initial message, from the sidebar, click Campaigns > Active, or from the dashboard, click "View Active Campaigns." Then click on the campaign you wish to edit and select "Pause" in the dark gray bar:

Then select "Script" from the menu bar at the top of the screen:

Edit the initial message to your liking and then click "Update Script":

After you are satisfied with your updated initial message, click "Unpause" in the dark gray bar to make your campaign active again:

If you have message senders currently working on an assignment, be sure to have them refresh their browsers so they can see the updated script.

Note - If you pause an older campaign, you may need to add the Organization Display Name and Opt Out Language to the campaign and the initial message before unpausing.
