ThruText will default to text messaging between the hours of 9am and 9pm in the time zone that the campaign is set to. This is an industry-wide best practice that helps prevent frustration from recipients and potential legal issues. Organizations can also set even more restrictive times for texting in any given campaign.


Here's an example of what you will see if you try to log into your account to send messages outside of texting hours:

The message will tell you when you can start texting according to your time zone.
