The first step in texting
The first step of an assignment is to send out the initial message to each of your recipients. This is the easy part! The initial message is written by an administrator and will pre-populate for each recipient. Your job as a sender is to review the message, make sure it looks good, and then send it off.
Your texting admins decide whether QuickSend is enabled on an organization's account or if message senders will press "send" for each initial message. You can see which campaign has QuickSend toggled on by looking at the "Send" button. If it has changed to "Send All" it is a QuickSend campaign:

A few tips on initial message review and sending:
- You must send all initial messages before receiving replies: As a message sender, your first job is to make sure all those initial messages get sent out. That's why you won't be able to read or respond to any replies until you send out all of your initial messages.
- Check for typos: The administrators who write these messages are human. If you see a typo in the Message Input Box at the bottom of the screen, let them know, and they can fix it before you and others send out the initial messages.
- Make sure “fields” are populated: The initial message typically pulls in data about each recipient, like their name or where they live. We call those bits of data "fields", and senders should make sure that each field is properly loading into the message. What you see in the message composer is exactly what the contact will receive in the text message. If you see something that looks incorrect (especially % signs!), contact your administrator.
