Big news! You’ve been asking for a faster way to dig into contact history, and the GetThru team is thrilled to deliver. The new Phone Number Lookup tool gives you instant clarity on every interaction with your contacts. Additionally, we have made other great improvements to your texting and calling tools!


Phone Number Lookup Tool

The Phone Number Lookup page is available from your Account Tools in the left-side navigation menu. After inputting the contact’s phone number on the new page, you can:

  • See a number’s full history across groups and campaigns within your account for both ThruText and ThruTalk.
  • Jump directly to the campaign and group pages for more context.
  • Check if the contact is on your Do Not Call or Opt Out list and add or remove them if needed.
  • If the contact is opted out, you can see their opt-out history.

This highly requested feature helps you quickly find contact details across your outreach work.

MMS Improvements
We’ve made updates to improve the quality and utility of MMS messages:

  • Upload VCF files (text files containing contact information) so recipients can easily save your organization’s number with the correct name. For example, you can use VCFs to send contact information containing your ThruText dedicated number in anticipation of the upcoming iOS changes!
  • Larger uploads supported: Images and GIFs greater than 750 KB (up to 10 MB) are now auto-compressed for MMS compatibility, giving you more flexibility.
  • Better image quality: Small images (under 750 KB) are not compressed, preserving their original clarity.


Group Details Updates

The Group Details page has been refreshed. A cleaner, updated interface makes reviewing information about your group easier.

You’ll now see how your lists are mapped to required and custom fields for faster quality assurance, bringing more visibility into how your data is structured. Additionally, we’ve expanded the information about the group’s campaigns at the bottom of the page.


ThruTalk Weekend Dial Pacing Hours Update

To support election-season volume, managed calling hours are expanding starting this weekend. For more details about ThruTalk dialing pacing, see our guide Managed Calling Hours.

Expanded hours:

  • 9:00 am - 8:00 pm ET | Monday - Friday
  • 11:00 am - 7:00 pm ET | Saturday - Sunday

ThruTalk Integrity Now Includes Caller ID

With caller ID (CNAM) support, you can ensure your calls are clearly identified. When your organization registers through ThruTalk Integrity, you can set a caller ID that shows to contacts when they receive your calls.

If your team previously registered for ThruTalk Integrity before August 2025, please go to your active campaign index page and fill out the Caller ID form for your account.
