Auto Campaign Archiving Beginning Oct. 1st


Beginning October 1st, GetThru will begin automatically archiving ThruText and ThruTalk campaigns with no texting or calling activity in the past 30 days. We will be enabling this new feature for all clients over the course of several days.


On the day we enable this setting for your account, a visual indicator will appear on the campaign index page for each active campaign about to be archived. Campaigns with "Auto-Archiving in 0 days" will be archived overnight, and the user who launched that campaign will receive a notification email, letting them know the campaign was archived. For campaigns launched before March 20th, 2024, all Account Owners will receive an individual email for each archived campaign


We highly encourage accounts with a large number of active campaigns to archive as many unused campaigns as possible proactively to reduce the number of emails your team receives.


Please contact our Support Team if you feel strongly that your account should be exempted from auto-archiving.


Provisioning-Based launching

As announced in our last newsletter, now that Dedicated Numbers are available, on Monday, October 7th, we will begin to delay the launching of U.S. campaigns using Single-Use numbers until the number is fully “provisioned” with all major phone carriers. If you are concerned about this update to campaign launching, we strongly encourage you to begin using Dedicated Numbers. Once a Dedicated Number is provisioned, it can be used repeatedly to launch campaigns without delay.
