Adjusted Support Hours

Holiday Hours

Our Support Team will be unavailable to respond to tickets and chats or manage dial pacing in observance of the following days:

  • Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 28th & Friday, November 29th, 2024
  • Christmas - Wednesday, December 25th, 2024
  • New Year’s Day - Wednesday, January 1st, 2025


The Support Team will observe adjusted hours on the following days:

  • Thursday, December 26th and Friday, December 27th - 11-7pm ET
  • Monday, December 30th and Tuesday December 31st - 11-7pm ET


Annual Planning Meeting

From January 14-16, our team will participate in our Annual Company Planning Meeting. During this time, we will be adjusting our support hours to accommodate team travel and full participation in the planning meetings. To ensure all team members can participate fully in our planning while maintaining critical support, we’ve adjusted our hours as follows.

Chat closed; high-urgency tickets only. ThruTalk pacing monitored periodically.

January 20

11am - 7pm

Open for all tickets and chats during adjusted hours

January 21

9am - 8pm

Return to regular support hours
