Exporting your Group


When you upload a group into GetThru, our system automatically checks if the phone numbers you sent belong to cell phones. Landlines, VOIP, and other non-textable numbers are marked "invalid" in the phone column you mapped in the upload process. To see more detailed information about why your numbers are invalid, you can export the group directly from the group page by clicking the "Export" button in the top right:

The group export will give you a CSV file that lists each contact you attempted to upload, and whether that contact is valid or invalid. If a contact is listed as invalid, the CSV will also list the reason why it is invalid.

NOTE - Group exports are ThruText-centric. Often numbers that are marked "invalid" and are untextable in ThruText can be called in ThruTalk. Please refer to our Group Details page for more information. Occasionally, mobile numbers will be listed as "invalid". This is due to a report from the carriers that these numbers have been disconnected from text messaging services.
