ThruTalk exports at the campaign level


ThruTalk Campaign Dials exports are an option to pull data about your campaign out of ThruTalk. Exports come as a CSV file in "snapshot" style and contain the campaign's complete data at the time of the export creation.

All campaign exports include the 1-3 identifying custom fields you may have selected for your account. If you do not see the custom field you need, please confirm that the "Included in Export" box is clicked on the custom fields page in your account.


To get to campaign exports, press the "Export" button on an individual campaign page:

To start the exporting process, click the "New Export" button at the top of the page. Once an export is finished, it will be available for download in your export list:


NOTE - Currently, you must create a campaign that does not have a same day start and end date to generate the campaign level export. Example; 9/27 to 9/28 instead of 9/27 to 9/27. However, you can archive the campaign on the same day if needed.
