We have several important GetThru updates to share with you.

Legacy ThruTalk Retirement Reminder
The last day for calling in Legacy Talk will be November 30th, 2022. will remain online for two weeks to allow clients to request past results. The site will no longer be accessible after 6 pm ET on December 14th, so please request any past call results and caller details before this date.

While Legacy Talk will be going away, we’re more than ready to support your ongoing calling needs via the new and improved version of ThruTalk (aka NewTalk)! Please reach out to to get started with NewTalk.

Updated Support Hours
Beginning December 10, 2022, GetThru support will be available during the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 9 am to 10 pm ET 
  • Saturday-Sunday: 11 am to 7 pm ET

Our official weekday support hours have always been 9am to 10pm ET, and that will not change. In the past we have often answered tickets until 12am ET, but we will no longer do that going forward.  

Our previous weekend support hours were 9am to 10pm ET. We are reducing our weekend support hours due to low ticket and chat volume at the beginning and end of weekend days. This reduction will allow us to focus our support resources at times of greater client need.

Chat will be available on weekends and weekdays from 11 am - 7 pm ET. See this guide for Chat hours and details.

NewTalk Dial Management
We strongly recommend focusing your calling during our managed dialing hours, which you can find here. If a NewTalk campaign's settings allow it to be active outside calling hours it will dial but at a standard throttle, without support staff managing the pace.

Holiday Support Hours
For the 2022 holiday season, GetThru support will be observing adjusted operational hours.

GetThru support  will be closed on the following dates:

  • Thanksgiving — Thursday, November 24, 2022
  • Christmas Eve — Saturday, December 24, 2022
  • Christmas Day — Sunday, December 25, 2022
  • New Year's Eve — Saturday, December 31, 2022 
  • New Year's Day — Sunday, January 1, 2023

GetThru support will be observing adjusted hours on the following days:

  • Monday, December 26 through Friday, December 30, 2022 — 11 am – 7 pm ET.
