To kick off the new year we’re bringing you an exciting update on our brand new ThruTalk experience. As a reminder, you can get up to speed on the NewTalk project by reading the announcement on our blog.

NewTalk Alpha Launch
We’re thrilled to announce that our entirely redesigned ThruTalk platform will be ready to enter the Alpha testing phase in April. We’ll be looking for a few intrepid ThruTalk admins to help us with that early testing by moving some or all of their calling efforts to the NewTalk platform and providing detailed feedback on their experience. If you’re interested in getting an early adopter preview and receiving all of your Alpha dials free in exchange you could be an Alpha tester!

Help Center Updates
As we prepare for that Alpha launch, our current ThruTalk product will be undergoing a name change to become Legacy Talk. Over the coming weeks, you’ll also notice a few changes to the help center for ThruTalk to refer to the existing product as Legacy Talk while we build out help center documentation for NewTalk alongside.

Legacy ThruTalk Standard Operating Hours are as follows.
Monday-Saturday calling hours: 10 am ET to 11:30 pm ET (7 am PT to 8:30 pm PT)
Sunday calling hours: 12 pm ET to 11:30 pm ET (9 am PT to 8:30 pm PT)
